Megan Wallachy partners with Joey Blatner as a member of CBRE’s Retail Capital Markets team based in Portland, Oregon. With 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, she has been involved in the execution of close to 450 transactions totaling more than $1.2 billion in value and has transacted in all 50 states working with companies worldwide. Megan collaborates with her diverse network of contacts – attorneys, title contacts, mortgage brokers, exchange accommodators, industry leaders and others – to provide a seamless experience for clients from offer to close. She has gained invaluable experience from her involvement in transactions ranging from $500,000 to more than $25 million, which helps her solve any issues that may affect the ability to close. In addition to directing the transaction process, Megan manages document analysis, underwriting, client retention, business development, budgeting and provides marketing oversight for her team. Megan was raised in the Pacific Northwest and has spent the majority of her time in the Portland Metro Area. She began her career at Marcus & Millichap in 2003 and started partnering with Joey Blatner in 2004.
