Max La Cava is a Managing Director at JLL Capital Markets, a partner within JLL’s Single-Family Rental Team, and a member of the firm’s International Capital Latin America Team. Max has over 10 years of experience in real estate investments and private banking and specializes in the execution of institutional-grade investment sale transactions and structured financing assignments on behalf of real estate developers and major property owners. Max is fluent in Spanish, English and Italian, and has lived in three continents. Throughout his career, he has been involved in more than $2 billion of capital markets transaction volume. Max joined JLL Capital Markets in 2019, as part of the HFF acquisition. Before that, he worked in acquisitions at a Miami-based real estate investment firm managing north of $1 billion in AUM, and as a Global Investment Analyst at J.P. Morgan Private Bank where he supported a team managing $18 billion of Latin American wealth. Additionally, he is a member of JLL’s Global Capital Team, which advises Latin American family offices and asset managers on U.S. real estate investments. Max is fluent in Spanish, English and Italian.
