Matthew joined Broad Street Development in 2019 and is responsible for acquisitions, asset management and leasing. Previously, he worked at LaGuardia Gateway Partners on the redevelopment of Terminal B at LaGuardia Airport, and Altitude Realty Group, a boutique commercial real estate consultant. Matthew received his Bachelor of Science in Management from Indiana University Bloomington in 2013 and his Master of Science in Real Estate from Baruch College, Zicklin School of Business in 2017.
