With a background in real estate, business and financial analysis, Matthew Olden’s reputation as a meticulous, focused, and diligent agent has been well-earned. Prior to joining Buchbinder & Warren Realty Group, Matt served as a Financial Analyst at Lehman Brothers Holdings, Inc., focusing on project-based finance and real estate assignments and the interpretation of financial statements.

Born and raised in New York City, Matt earned his BBA from George Washington University. While in college he served as a junior analyst at Cronheim Mortgage, New Jersey’s oldest comprehensive real estate investment banker, where he performed due diligence and loan evaluation, as well as site inspections and research for the company’s developing REIT. Additionally, Matt interned for Buchbinder & Warren for two summers where he identified, analyzed, and organized property data.

Outside the office, Matt’s many hobbies include flying single-engine airplanes, scuba diving (he is a certified search & rescue scuba diver as well), and photography. Committed to providing the comprehensive brokerage services Buchbinder & Warren clients have come to expect and value, Matt has proven himself the perfect addition to the Buchbinder & Warren brokerage team.
