After starting his career in public accounting, Matt joined Atlantic in 2015 specializing in industrial real estate in northern NJ with a particular focus on the Meadowlands and Ports markets. Matt actively tracks all industrial buildings, market availabilities, and recent sales / leases over 30,000 sq. ft. His boots on the ground approach enables him to know about opportunities before others and enables his clients to make sure no stone is left unturned. Matt keeps his finger on the pulse of the market and can offer his clients informed opinions of value when needed. Matt graduated from Bucknell University with a degree in Accountings and subsequently became a CPA. He currently resides in Hoboken and enjoys golfing, basketball, hunting and fishing.
