In 2014, Matt Alemania began his commercial real estate career and worked continuously throughout his college studies at San Luis Obispo and Sacramento State. Alemania has earned a deep experience in a wide range of product types such as multifamily, industrial, and office sales and leasing. During 2020, Alemania pivoted to an exclusive tenant representation specialty working primarily with medical related clients. Alemania also works in capital markets representing several private equity firms, and institutional buyers. He currently serves as an Associate Director in Newmark’s Sacramento office. In his free time, Alemania enjoys spending time with family in the Bay Area and Napa Valley. Early in the morning you can also find Alemania at his local gym or enjoying the urban environment of Midtown.
