Matt Junkin joined Marcus & Millichap in January of 2021. Prior to joining, Matt worked for a local brokerage firm focusing in the sale and acquisitions of Self-Storage facilities in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. As a resident of Lancaster, PA and a graduate of Millersville University's Business Program, Matt focuses on properties primarily in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, and New Jersey. Matt works daily with owners to ensure they are partaking in the best business practices possible to raise revenue on their properties, while also increasing the value of their assets for future sale. He strives to contact 250 self-storage owners weekly, demonstrating a strong work ethic and motivation to achieve the goals set forth by himself and his clients. As an owner of commercial real estate himself, Matt brings a unique perspective by not only understanding the financial side of Commercial Real Estate, but the personal side as well.
