Matthew specializes in advising investors on the acquisition, disposition and capitalization of office and industrial properties in the Pacific Northwest, with a focus on the South Puget Sound markets. Prior to entering the commercial real estate industry, Matthew served as Assistant Golf Professional at Meridian Valley Country Club in Kent, WA and graduated from Washington State University. He has been an avid golfer since his youth, competing in the WIAA High School State Championship three times and the WJGA State Championship four times. He was named the 2011 Seamount League Player of the Year.
