Matthew Greenberg is a Senior Associate with CBRE’s Investment Properties Group, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of retail and urban redevelopment assets throughout Southern California. Beginning his career at CBRE as a research analyst, Matthew holds a comprehensive understanding of market trends and statistics associated with commercial properties. Since partnering with Alex Kozakov and Patrick Wade, Matthew’s passion has been focused on providing best in class service while building lasting relationships with his clients. Their team prides itself on hard work and integrity, giving them the reputation as industry leaders in the field. During his 6-years with the firm, Matthew has completed over $500 million in sale transactions. Matthew studied economics at the University of California, Santa Barbara, and holds a Master of Science Degree in Real Estate Finance from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio Business School.
