Matthew Gault is a member of the National Multi Housing Group (NMHG) of Marcus & Millichap specializing in multifamily property sales throughout Hudson Valley and upstate New York. He has been involved in traditional multifamily, student housing, and senior housing deals. Matthew is responsible for new business development in addition to growing existing relations. During a client’s hold period, Matthew provides valuations and strategies to improve a property’s financial position and when they are active in the market, he advises on acquisitions, dispositions, and 1031-exchanges. Matthew’s approach focuses on the importance of maintaining long-term relationships to help build and preserve wealth for his clients. Matthew attended Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, Massachusetts where he majored in Business Management while also playing for the Wentworth hockey team. He currently resides in Westchester County with his wife. Outside the office, he enjoys golfing, skiing, and spending time with friends and family.
