Matthew joined Onyx Equities in 2016. He oversees implementation and execution of asset level business plans for the retail and industrial segments of the portfolio. Prior to joining Onyx, Matthew served as Vice President at The Goldstein Group for 8 years, where he facilitated over $78 million in lease transactions, and represented over one million square feet of commercial space throughout the metro-New York market. Matthew graduated from the University of Richmond with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science. In addition, he is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and IOREBA.
