About
In 2021 Matt Fisher joined Forderer as the president of Forderer Property Group, succeeding Curt Forderer who led the organization since 1981. Overseeing both the day to day operations and the strategic direction of Forderer; Matt brings his professionalism, experience, and efficiency to the team. Prior to taking over Forderer Property Group, Matt spent 10 years building a thriving career as an office tenant rep broker in Cushman & Wakefield's NYC office. During his time with C&W, Matt represented both local technology tenants and large national corporations. Before NYC, Matt started his commercial real estate career in the San Francisco office of UGL Equis where he led the firm’s research department. Growing up in Piedmont, CA Matt attended UC Davis where he graduated with a B.S. in managerial economics. He believes that tenants have often been underserved by the traditional office leasing ecosystem. Matt strives to overcome this by creating a landlord-tenant relationship based on trust and professionalism.
