Matthew Farzinpour joined PSRS in 2023 and currently holds the title of Vice President. Matt began his career in the commercial real estate industry as a Real Estate Credit Analyst at U.S. Bank, during which time he underwrote over $500 million in commercial real estate loan commitments and aided in the portfolio management of $900 million in loans. He then further developed his skills as Director of Operations at Primeland Management Co., where he specialized in net lease gas stations and c-stores, developed and managed the company’s real estate portfolio and growth plan, underwrote potential investment opportunities, and worked on entitling multifamily and single-family development projects. Most recently, Matt was an Investment Sales Broker specializing in Net Lease and Industrial Investment with Marcus & Millichap. Matt graduated magna cum laude from USC with a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis on Finance and a minor in Real Estate Development. In his free time, Matt enjoys skiing, trap and skeet shooting, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
