About

Matthew Alley, Managing Director, joined SLIB in 2006. Since then, he has worked on the sale of over 145 facilities and $675 million of seniors assets with a focus on Texas where he has sold over 115 properties. Matthew earned his BSBA in Finance and Accounting with a Magna Cum Laude distinction and played four years of varsity football at Washington University in St. Louis. He lives in Wheaton, IL with his wife and four children. He is an avid golfer, actively involved in his church, Africa New Life Ministries and coaching youth sports.
