Matt also has a history in sales and financial analysis, couple this with street savvy and an entrepreneurial spirit; he is a force to be reckoned with when it comes to the art of negotiation. Having grown up in Brooklyn, he has a special proclivity for Bensonhurst, Bay Ridge, Dyker Heights and South Brooklyn as a whole.
