I specialize in representing institutional landlords with the acquisition, leasing and disposition of their office portfolio in San Francisco and throughout the Bay Area. Over a 20 year career, I have leased or sold over 13.5 million square feet with a consideration of over $4.1 billion. I currently work with several of the top institutional landlords in the country and represent assets ranging from 50,000 square feet to some of the most prolific buildings in San Francisco. Most notably, I lease the Transamerica Pyramid, a trophy asset and one of the most recognizable buildings in the world. Outside of work, I love spending time with my wife and three very energetic boys (ages 10, 14 and 16) in Marin. In my limited free time, I enjoy running on the trails in Marin, playing tennis and paddle (platform tennis), am an avid outdoorsman, a member of The Olympic Club Triathlon Team, high school volleyball coach and youth coach. Additionally, I serve on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity Greater San Francisco and the Ross School Foundation.
