Matt Scales complements a very talented @properties Commercial team with his unique background and skillsets. Matt began his career working with the Plote Companies in their real estate development arm. While at Plote, he focused the majority of his efforts as a developer's representative on commercial projects, including such notables as the Super Target anchored 32 acre Hillside Town Center development in Hillside, Illinois. Subsequent to that, Matt joined a startup real estate development firm, Altium Development Group. There, he pursued development opportunities within the gaming and hospitality space, spending considerable efforts raising capital for projects. Catching the startup bug, Matt went on to work with an upstart niche finance company focused on providing funding to operators in the gaming marketplace. Matt continued on with additional startup companies, including Golf Fore It - a business geared around providing golf destination and entertainment experiences.
