Matt joined the team in 2015 and serves as the Assistant Managing Director of Brokerage for SVN Parsons Commercial Group Boston. He has been serving the commercial real estate needs (leasing and sales) of his clients throughout the suburban Boston markets since 2010.
Matt’s primary focus is on representing office and industrial tenants and owners in the communities located within the I-495 and I-95 belts and the Route 3 corridor. Some of his clients include Fred C Church Insurance, Medical Healthcare Solutions, LifeLinks Inc, Geocomp, and Reid Graphics.
Prior to joining SVN Parsons Commercial Group Boston, Matt was a Vice President at Cresa Boston where he focused on tenant representation for office and industrial clients in the 128 North and 495 North Markets.
