Matt Perigard has over 5 years of Commercial Real Estate experience and has been with Essex since 2022. As an Associate, Matt is responsible for underwriting debt and equity transactions and assisting in the loan marketing process. Prior to joining Essex, Matt specialized in developing workout strategies for distressed CRE loans at Wells Fargo. Matt has been involved in more than $3.0 billion of complex loan workouts for office, retail, hospitality, multi-family and industrial assets across the U.S. and U.K. Matt graduated from Elon University where he holds a BSBA in Finance.
