Matt is an executive vice president and shareholder at Kidder Mathews. Since joining the firm in 2018, he has successfully negotiated lease and sale transactions totaling over 7.8 million square feet and more than $225 million. Within three years of starting brokerage, Matt has already earned Kidder Mathews’ “Big Hitter” award, which is given to the top producers in the company every year.
Matt specializes in industrial sales and leasing throughout King County and Pierce County. He is a King County native, which enables him to utilize his local network and nuanced understanding of the market to offer valuable insight to clients.
Prior to his brokerage career with Kidder Mathews, Matt worked as a research analyst at CBRE, specializing in industrial and office properties throughout the Puget Sound region. He participated in the brokerage sales training program, which honed his skills in business development and maximizing returns for clients.
