Matt Murphy is a Senior Associate with CBRE’s Texas Capital Markets Institutional Properties team based in Dallas, TX. He specializes in the sale of office investment properties for institutional clients. With more than 7 years of real estate experience, Mr. Murphy was previously an Associate on the investment sales team at Eastdil Secured (ES) in San Francisco. In this role, he focused on office and life science transactions across the Bay Area, Portland, and Seattle. Prior to joining ES, Matt was an Associate at Crow Holdings Capital Partners (CHCP) in Dallas. He worked in acquisitions and asset management, supporting the retail platform within the value-add fund series.
