About
Matt Montgomery joined MPD as its origin in 2009 as a founding principle. Matt is involved in all aspects of commercial real estate, including development, land acquisition, entitlements, project design, construction, leasing and sales. Matt’s activities in the past several years include both repositioning and ground up development of commercial office product within the Southern California market. Projects include Campus 2100 in El Segundo, CA where over $20 million capital was deployed to complete a full repositioning effort and Playa Jefferson, which totals over 250,000 square feet of product, including the development of a new building slated for completion at the end of 2017. In total, Matt’s career consists of over 700 various high-density multi-family units, a boutique hotel reposition, multiple industrial holdings and the development of over 2 million square feet of office in Southern California. Matt is a graduate of Arizona State University
