Matt Lewallen is a Principal and Co-Founder of NorthPeak Commercial Real Estate Advisors (formerly AQYRE Real Estate Advisors). Prior to starting NorthPeak Commercial Real Estate Advisors Matt spent 11 years with a boutique investment real estate brokerage firm here in Denver. Over Matt’s tenure there he was consistently a top producer not only at the firm but citywide. Matt has a strong emphasis on Multifamily but is truly an Investment Sales Specialist. He has helped many clients transition throughout the various asset classes as the market changes and dictates —this specialized ability has helped his clients make money in all cycles of the market. Prior to his brokerage career, Matt founded a Denver development firm that purchased, rehabbed, and sold about 150 apartment units throughout Denver.
