Matt Leszyk exclusively represents commercial real estate investors in NYC’s Northern Suburbs: Orange, Rockland and Westchester counties. Matt brings a variety of experience to the team and he is focused on advising investors regarding their long-term objectives and identifying retail and triple net lease investment opportunities.
Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Matt served as general counsel for an alternative investment fund manager and a registered broker dealer. Over 15 years, Matt has worked in varying legal and operational capacities at financial institutions and private law practice. Matt’s legal background includes serving as counsel to a local bank on commercial loan transactions as well as negotiating for and representing buyers’ and sellers’ best interests in residential and commercial real estate transactions.
Matt received a J.D. from New York Law School and a B.A. from the University of Rochester with majors in Economics and Japanese. He is an attorney licensed in New York and New Jersey.
