When not applying his understanding of submarkets, timing, financing strategies, and market fundamentals to achieve client goals, Matt spends time outdoors playing golf or soccer, boating or traveling with his family, and mini golden doodle Louie. He is something of a risk-taker: among his personal triumphs are summiting Mt. Baker, attending the World Cup in South Africa, and swimming with great white sharks.
