Born and raised in Brooklyn as the son of a contractor and cultural leader, Matt brings a breadth of experience finding creative leasing solutions for a wide range of businesses and is especially passionate about projects involving arts and community development, construction management, and adaptive reuse. As a Managing Director at Vicus Partners, Matt has closed over 50 leasing transactions ranging from 500 to 50,000 square feet, and prides himself on representing tenants ranging from small maker/manufacturers and innovative startups to large health care organizations. Matt is also a co-founder of the Vicus’ Non-Profit Team, where he is committed to supporting the unique missions of NYC’s community-based organizations that are often underrepresented in real estate. He was recently honored by Crain’s as a Rising Star in Real Estate.
