As a Senior Vice President with CBRE specializing in landlord, tenant and buyer representation, Matt focuses on assisting national and local office, medical, land and flex users in finding optimal space to suit their commercial real estate (CRE) needs. His past experience consists of representing both landlords and tenants/buyers for the office and industrial teams. His current clients include office and medical professionals seeking efficient space to lease or purchase. Matt also works with local investors to achieve off-market purchase opportunities, as well as major nonprofit organizations looking to grow or consolidate multiple locations.
His commercial real estate career began in 2005 with the sale and lease of a 110,000-square-foot office, condo and warehouse flex development. Prior to joining CBRE, Matt obtained his broker’s license in 2008, and began working for Colliers International | Richmond in 2011.
