Matt concentrates on the office sector and is part of the local Office Brokerage Team along with Karl Sherry and Peter Hayes. Matt specializes in Tenant Representation and Investment Sales for clients locally/nationally and also manages the strategic leasing efforts for several urban and suburban office assets in the greater Providence metro market, including the 250,000 SF class A office tower located at 40 Westminster Street in downtown Providence.
He has been actively involved in over $50,000,000 in transactions and has significant experience representing high-growth technology companies who require creative solutions to manage growth and remain flexible in their real estate decisions. His financial analyses have helped clients in a diverse cross-section of industries, realize cost savings and improved efficiency through solid real estate strategy.
Matt is very active in his community and is currently a member of the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Ocean State, committee member for The Providence Foundation as well as the Downtown Improvement District, a past mentor for Year-Up in addition to many others.
