Matt Burson joined the National Retail Partners–West team in the Spring of 2012 as the Chief Financial Officer. Matt overseas the underwriting and due diligence for all inbound and existing opportunities, as well as team profitability within CBRE. Prior to joining the NRP-West team, Matt served as a Senior Associate Director with CBRE's Financial Consulting Group where he advised clients on acquisitions, dispositions, and corporate services across all property types. Since joining the team, NRP-West has closed over 323 retail investment sale properties totaling more than $5.3 billion in value and 24.9 million SF (1Q2019).
