Mason Brusseau is responsible for the production of investment packages including market research, financial analysis and underwriting of self-storage, commercial and multifamily transactions. He also assists with due diligence, competitive bid scenarios and closing processes for the firm’s clients. Mason has two years of professional real estate experience and is from a family of commercial real estate developers in Southern California. Prior to joining Talonvest, he worked as a Research Associate at Meyers Research, a market leading national advisory practice providing residential and commercial recommendations, economic, demographic, and housing market trends. Mason earned a B.S. in Business Administration, Emphasis in Finance and a minor in Real Estate from San Diego State University.
