After growing up in Orange County, CA, Martina moved to Los Angeles to attend USC and study Real Estate Finance at the Marshall School of Business. Upon graduation she moved to West LA and has been working in the real estate industry ever since. Martina started her career as an analyst in various asset management, finance and acquisitions capacities at two of the largest real estate investment trusts in Los Angeles – Kilroy Realty and Hudson Pacific Properties. After a couple years of crunching numbers for large portfolios of properties, she realized her true passion was to work directly with the properties themselves and the owners who inhabited them. Growing up as a first generation Croatian-American, she had been very involved in her immigrant father’s residential construction business and had developed a passion for homes and eye for design.
