About
Martin Bynum joined the Cushman & Wakefield Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group as a Director in the Northwest Arkansas office in 2020. Martin and his Rogers, Arkansas-based team work closely with the Gulf States Team in Birmingham, AL in the marketing and sales of conventional and tax credit multifamily properties across Arkansas, Oklahoma, Kansas and Missouri. Prior to joining the Multifamily Advisory Group, Martin began his financial services career with Accenture in their Carolinas office by performing business process consulting for institutions such as Bank of America, SunTrust, First Union and later Wachovia. From 2004-2019, Martin served as a Managing Director in the Institutional Equity Group at Stephens Inc in Little Rock, Arkansas. At Stephens, Martin amassed close to two decades of production goal-oriented investment sales experience that demonstrated his ability to create, develop and maintain profitable relationships with some of the most sophisticated institutional investors in North America.
