Marsha Goff brings over 25 years of experience in multiple family real estate underwriting, asset management, and valuation, with fifteen plus years of management experience. She has a proven track record in areas of deal structuring, underwriting/closing, portfolio asset management, elevated risk asset management and development and implementation of new programs, structures and systems. Her focus is on creative deal structuring, providing the best execution on loan product for property owners and developers. Marsha has extensive experience in Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, HUD/Ginnie affordable housing, senior housing, and market rate housing having underwritten over $4.5 billion in multifamily loans since 2000 and was previously Chief Asset Manager for a $7.0 billion commercial real estate portfolio.
