Mark Winters joined Newmark in 2015 and currently serve as a Vice Chairman in the firm’s Boston office, where he focuses primarily in the Cambridge office and laboratory market. Winters joined Newmark after almost 30 years at Cushman & Wakefield, most recently as an Executive Director in the company’s Boston office, where he was part of an eight-person team focused on office and laboratory leasing in the Cambridge and the Route 128 West Suburban markets. As a founding member and managing partner of Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Life Science Practice, he completed a wide range of tenant representation assignments for office and laboratory clients. Winters has represented a wide array of tenants, from early-stage, venture backed life science companies to major pharmaceutical companies such as Eisai, Monsanto, Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research and Pfizer.
