Mark Utreras joined Newmark Retail in 2011 and currently serves as an associate director in the firm’s New York headquarters. Mr. Utreras works with Vice Chairman Jeffrey D. Roseman and his team, focusing on both landlord and tenant representation. Mr. Utreras represents a number of prominent landlords and developers.
