Mark Utreras joined Newmark Retail in 2011 and currently serves as an associate director in the firm’s New York headquarters. Mr. Utreras works with Vice Chairman Jeffrey D. Roseman and his team, focusing on both landlord and tenant representation. Mr. Utreras represents a number of prominent landlords and developers. His past and current ownership representation clients include Brause Realty, Carmel Partners, GFP Real Estate, Muss Development, RPW Group, RXR Realty, SL Green Realty and Triumph Hotels. As a tenant representative, Mr. Utreras has uncovered opportunities and located high-profile sites for national and local tenants that include Blink Fitness, CityMD, Equinox, Haru, Peloton and Wendy’s. Most recently, Mr. Utreras represented Muss Development at 64 West 48th Street, directly across from Rockefeller Center, where Dining Innovation has opened a 10,000-square-foot restaurant.
