Mark has been in the commercial real estate business since 1981, beginning with NAI Norwood Group until 1986. In 1986 he formed a real estate development partnership with Tom Monahan of the Monahan Companies that continued until 1991. From 1991-1992, he managed and disposed of a substantial real estate portfolio owned by the former Nashua Trust Company. In 1992, Prolman Realty, Inc. was incorporated, specializing in Investment- and Development-related commercial brokerage.
Over the last 20 years, Mark has invested and developed residential and commercial real estate solely and with Dick Raisanen of Raisanen Homes Elite, LLC. Mark’s extensive knowledge of commercial and residential real estate investment and development provides an edge with his clients, because he “thinks like an owner.”
Mark has served on many community boards, including the Boys and Girls Club, Nashua Children’s Home, New Hampshire Charitable Foundation and the Business and Industrial Development Authority for the City of Nashua.
