L. Mark Osher is a partner in Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher’s New York and Los Angeles offices. He is a member of the Firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. Mr. Osher has broad experience representing both borrowers and lenders in all aspects of capital markets and balance sheet financing, including the origination, securitization and participation of senior and subordinate mortgage loans, mezzanine loans, credit facilities, as well as preferred equity investments. In addition, he represents these same clients in distressed situations, including foreclosures, workouts and restructurings.
