Mark Manheimer currently serves as our President and Chief Executive Officer, having led the company’s transformation into a net lease REIT in 2019. He leads the strategy and oversight of all operations, with the goal of providing consistently growing dividends to our investors. Prior to NETSTREIT, Mark was Chief Investment Officer of EB Arrow, where he oversaw the strategy of the company’s net lease business. Previously, he was Executive Vice President – Head of Asset Management of Spirit Realty Capital, which achieved a total return of 117% during his tenure. Prior to Spirit, Mark was head of sale-leaseback acquisitions at Cole Real Estate Investments, where he sourced and structured over $2 billion in net lease real estate acquisitions. Mark has also worked at Realty Income, underwriting net lease real estate transactions; at Patriarch Partners, investing and managing distressed debt and equity investments; and at First Union Securities in their Leveraged Finance group.
