Mark Grace, Managing Director, is responsible for new loan origination utilizing direct relationships with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, CMBS, bank, and life insurance companies. Mr. Grace provides financing solutions to commercial real estate developers and owners debt nationally and has over 14 years of experience in commercial real estate lending. Throughout his career, Mr. Grace has originated over $3 billion in financing on behalf of his clients. He remains focused on delivering exceptional service and flawless execution.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Grace was a vice president at NorthMarq Capital. Prior to his production roles, Mark served for eight years underwriting debt and served as the analyst council chairperson in 2009. In his first year as an originator, he was awarded the rookie of the year designation for his notable production.
Mr. Grace earned a dual degree in finance and management information systems from Boston University School of Management and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business. He is a licensed California real estate salesperson.
