Mark is a director in the Orange County office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than eight years of experience in commercial real estate. He is part of JLL’s investment sales advisory practice in Southern California, with a focus on Orange County, Los Angeles County, and the Inland Empire. Mark joined the firm in November 2016 and is primarily responsible for originating and executing investment sales transactions with a focus on office and industrial properties within both the institutional and private client space.
Prior to joining JLL, he was an assistant vice president for Situs, where he provided advisory and consulting services to large institutional clients for both acquisition and debt transactions. Primary clients included Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank, Tishman Speyer, Angelo Gordon, Cantor Fitzgerald, UBS and Credit Suisse. Mr. DeGiorgio also has previous experience as an associate for Daibes Enterprises, a family office development company. In that role, he was responsible for acquisitions, dispositions, development and asset management of all property types totalling approximately $1 billion in assets under management.
