Mr. Campbell has over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate spanning multiple aspects and positions within the industry. Prior to joining The RAM Companies, Mr. Campbell was a Vice President of Acquisitions with Leggat McCall Properties, a prominent Boston-based developer, where he was responsible for sourcing and negotiating acquisition and development opportunities as well as cultivating relationships with investment partners. He garnered experience in all aspects of real estate investment and capitalization across a variety of product types having worked as a principal and in brokerage. He began his career as an acquisition and asset management associate for LBA Realty, where he was involved in the acquisition of over four million square feet. Then, as a Senior Director with HFF, he was involved in various team roles on more than $5 billion in transactions spanning various asset types and structures, including investment sales, joint venture equity, construction, and permanent financing.
