Mr. Aston formed Maverick Commercial Real Estate in December of 2000 to specialize in commercial real estate in the North Dallas market. Currently, Maverick has four (4) employees and is responsible for the marketing of thirty-seven (37) properties totaling in excess of two million (2,000,000) square feet. Mr. Aston was formerly a senior vice president and managing director in charge of Bradford's North Dallas office and responsible for sales, leasing and development of office, office/technology and industrial space in the North Dallas area. He was awarded top producer for the company every year since 1991. During the course of his career, he has leased and sold over seven million five hundred thousand (7,500,000) square feet of commercial property in seven hundred fifty (750) transactions for more than two hundred ten million ($210,000,000) in sales and lease volume.
