About

Mark Graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2012, and received his Master’s in Energy Management in 2015. He began his career in the oil and gas industry, connecting private capital to various types of energy investments. Mark then began to build his own business centered around the mineral and royalty space, transacting in 4 major oil and gas basins in the western US. This is where his passion for building investment relationships began. After learning the overlapping similarities within oil and gas/real estate, he decided to pivot into the industrial side of the commercial RE space. With his ability to find private capital and his hunger to build trustworthy relationships, Mark is excited to be a part of the Schneider Grimes Industrial Team.
