Marianne joined JLL in 2010 as part of the firm’s commitment to expansion into New York’s suburban markets in Melville, Long Island. She is a licensed salesperson in the brokerage services group, strategizing on behalf of commercial office and medical owners, landlords and occupiers. In 2016, Marianne began developing a specialty service line to develop a client base of education and special needs occupiers to expand the capabilities of the Melville office. This specialty area works with public and independent schools, corporate and entrepreneurial childcare centers and special needs service providers. Experience with a variety of clients, whether corporate, institutional or entrepreneurial, gives her an understanding of a client’s real estate needs beyond the geographic search.
