Born and raised in South Florida with roots from New York, Maria has been consistently successful in the real estate business for over 15 years. Maria started her career in Timeshare over 14 years ago where she was able to get the best training a young sales person could possibly receive. After successfully selling Vacation Ownerships for 2 years, she had a major desire to sell for the biggest developer in South Florida, The Related Group. In 2003, Maria was hired by the Cervera family to sell general real estate and learn the business during the biggest real estate boom. A few months working, she got the opportunity of a lifetime to sell on her first project in Aventura called The Venture, which successfully sold out in record time.
After the Venture, her ride was extraordinary until about 2007 while selling Icon Las Olas, Ft. Lauderdale.
