I began my real estate career in 1995, working for a private apartment owner/operator on operations and new acquisitions. Since then, I had worked as a principal for direct owners and private equity funds in acquisition and asset management roles covering multi-family, office, and industrial assets in many markets across the United States. In 2013, I decided to take my experience as a private equity investor to the advisory side of the business, where I arrange debt and joint venture equity for our clients' real estate projects, as well as asset sales.
I am a long-time member of Urban Land Institute, where I am an active member of the Urban Development Mixed-Use Council, and I am a co-founder of the University of Maryland Alumni Real Estate Group.
