Marc Packman, a Manhattan leasing specialist, is currently Director of Leasing for Fisher Brothers Management Company, representing their 6,000,000-square-foot portfolio of trophy Midtown assets including Park Avenue Plaza, 299 Park Avenue, 1345 Avenue of the Americas and 605 Third Avenue.
Before joining fisher Brothers, Marc was previously Senior Vice President and Director of Leasing at Trinity Real Estate, overseeing leasing of its 6,000,000-square-foot portfolio of commercial real estate in the Hudson Square submarket of New York. Prior to joining Trinity, Mr. Packman was Senior Managing Director of Cushman & Wakefield’s Strategic Agency Services Group, where he was responsible for over 10 million square feet of the company’s leasing agencies, including 1 World Trade Center, 1 Hudson Square, 77 Water Street, 650 Fifth Avenue, and 1166 Avenue of the Americas.
