Mr. Mandel is a Managing Director in the Philadelphia office of JLL, a leading provider of commercial real estate and capital markets services to the global commercial real estate industry. JLL offers clients a fully integrated capital markets platform, including debt placement, investment advisory, equity placement, funds marketing, M&A and corporate advisory, loan sales and loan servicing. Mr. Mandel has more than 13 years of experience in commercial real estate. As a part of the JLL Capital Markets, Net Lease Investment Advisory team, he is mainly responsible for originating single-tenant, sale-leaseback and small shopping center investment advisory transactions throughout the country. Mr. Mandel has completed more than 400 commercial real estate transactions throughout his career. He began his career at Fameco Real Estate and remained through the firm’s acquisition by CBRE.
