Marc A. Hershberg is a Senior Associate in the Capital Markets Group at Friedman-Roth. He is very active along with his Capital Markets transaction team, specializing in the sale of all investment-grade properties throughout Manhattan and its surrounding boroughs. In addition to his specialty in Investment Sales, he is also focusing on Loan Originations in the NY Metro area for Brick Capital – the direct lending arm affiliated with Friedman-Roth.
Prior to joining Friedman-Roth, Hershberg was a Portfolio Analyst at UBS Financial Services – the world’s largest Swiss Bank. While there, he specialized in maintaining new and existing client accounts as well as constructing their risk profiles. He oversaw the process from start to finish, including; client reporting, portfolio structuring, due diligence, and preparation of FGA’s for potential Institutional / UHNW investors. Earlier, Hershberg was a Market Research Analyst with Johnson Capital (now, Walker & Dunlop) – which further attributes to his understanding of commercial real estate research and analysis.
