About
Marc Fiedler brings more than a decade of commercial real estate and financial experience to Stage. Marc is primarily responsible for leading underwriting on new acquisition opportunities, conducting property level and financial due diligence, structuring debt and equity components of the capital stack and helping guide each transaction through closing. Prior to joining Stage, Marc was a Senior Associate with Avison Young, a global real estate service firm, where he both served as a commercial real estate broker and led tenant and property due diligence and financial underwriting on a top office brokerage team. Marc also previously served as a commercial mortgage broker with Dwinn-Shaffer & Company, and initially as a real estate appraiser with KTR Valuation and Consulting Services. Marc earned an MBA in Real Estate Finance and Investment from DePaul University, and a BSBA from Boston University. He is also a licensed Illinois Real Estate Broker. Marc lives in the northern suburbs of Chicago with his wife, Ariella, and son Sammy.
